GRC Radiatus is a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform that helps organizations manage policies, assess risks, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with various regulations and standards.
To get started, log in to your account and explore the dashboard. We recommend starting with the "Getting Started" guide in the Knowledge Base, which will walk you through the basic features and workflows.
The platform supports all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best experience.
To create a new policy, navigate to the Policies module and click "Create Policy". Fill in the required information including title, description, category, and content. You can also use policy templates to get started quickly.
Policies go through an approval workflow. Once a policy is submitted for approval, designated approvers will receive notifications. They can review, approve, or request changes through the approval interface.
To assess a risk, go to the Risk Management module and select "Create Risk Assessment". You'll be guided through a structured process to evaluate likelihood, impact, and determine the overall risk level.
A risk mitigation plan outlines specific actions to reduce the likelihood or impact of identified risks. It includes mitigation strategies, responsible parties, timelines, and success metrics.
To schedule an audit, go to the Audit Management module and click "Create Audit". Define the audit scope, objectives, timeline, and assign auditors. The system will help you plan and track the audit process.
Once an audit is completed, you can generate reports through the Audit Reports section. The system provides various report templates and allows you to customize the content and format.
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Go to your Profile settings and navigate to the Security tab. Enable two-factor authentication and follow the setup instructions. You'll need a mobile device with an authenticator app.
